Academy Stuttgart

Alexandra realized very early that thousands of young girls in Germany had the same dream than her: to become a famous ballerina. To get a rare place for an education at a ballet academy she had to entrain very hard and first of all she had to be better than the other teenagers. Beside her school lessons, the young dancer started to spend all her time at the ballet school and to absolve every day more than six hours hard exercises to prepare her entrance examination for a ballet academy. Her life became dancing, dancing, dancing and nothing else.

In 1986, Alexandra had the first chance to realize her dream. In summer, she went to Stuttgart to take part at dance training of the academy class at the John Cranko School of Ballet. The professors of the famous German dance academy noticed the talent of the young dancer and offered her to begin the education to a ballet dancer at the academy. Only one of hundreds gets a chance like this. In summer 1986 Alexandra started her education at the John Cranco School of ballet and made the first step on her hard way to become a professional dancer.
